My sources for The Tattoo Guide are as follows:

1. Vanishingtattoo.com
Hemingson, Vince. "Tattoo History - History of Tattoos and Tattooing Worldwide." Vanishing    Tattoo. 6 Dec 2007             <http://www.vanishingtattoo.com/tattoo_museum/history.html>.

This website provided me with all the historical information on tattooing, including instruments, inks, risks and removal.  This was my number one source for information for this project.

2. Britishinkdc.com
Roe, Paul. "Tattoo Techniques and Methods Ancient and Modern." britishink. 6 Dec 2007             <http://www.britishinkdc.com/paul_tattooing_methods.html>.

I found a photo on this website of Polynesian tattoo instruments which I used in my document.

3. Tattoo.by
http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://tattoo.by/tattoo/image/tattoo-mashine-hystory/patentweb25.jpg&imgrefurl=http://tattoo.by/tattoo/tattoo-mashine-hystory.html&h=262&w=191&sz=13&hl=en&start=8&um=1&tbnid=Rpf9j5xna4dN-M:&tbnh=112&tbnw=82&prev=/images%3Fq%3DSamuel%2BO%2527Reilly%26svnum%3D10%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DG

The website does not work, but I found this picture on Google pictures and used it.

     4. Dictionary.com
"electromagnetism." Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1). Random House, Inc. 6 Dec. 2007.          <Dictionary.com http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/electromagnetism>.

This website provided me with the definition of electromagnetism.

    5. About.com
"Tattoo Ink Chemistry." About.com. 6 Dec 2007      <http://chemistry.about.com/library/weekly/aa121602a.htm>.

This website provided me with a table including the ingredients of different color tattoo inks.

    6. Skiver, Mike.  Personal Art Studio.  Somerset, Pa.  Person-to-Person Interview. (8 Dec. 2007)

Mike Skiver has been tattooing for over 40 years.  He happily answered the questions I had about tattooing.  I used his interview as a feature in my project.

    7. Katzmarek, Erin. My house.  Acme, Pa.  Person-to-Person Interview. (10 Dec. 2007)

After using Myspace.com to post a bulletin asking a few questions about tattoos in an attempt to include a page of surveys in project, my cousin Erin was the only one to answer the questions.  I decided to give her an interview and add that as another feature in my project.
